Experience live how an innovative idea became a successful startup: The Crateflow team will talk about the first steps, challenges, and successes on the way to establishing their own company.

About Crateflow
Crateflow (founded in 2023) is the AI-powered platform for accurate demand forecasting and inventory optimization with measurable effects: 20-40% less inventory with the same or higher service level, more liquidity, and full predictability. It integrates internal ERP data with external signals such as inflation, raw material prices, industry cycles, and the media trend index, and creates item-specific forecasts for, say, 12-18 months, transparently explaining the drivers behind each forecast.
Customers come from industrial manufacturing and wholesale, who want to see reliable savings potential based on their real data within a few weeks.

The managing directors
The founding team consists of Markus Heidt, responsible for vision, technology, and product strategy with forecasting experience from Lidl, and Daniel Antonatus, who manages finance, market, and operational processes and contributes his PwC expertise.
